Hi am 74 and wearing the bracelet. Sometimes when am out I forget and go to the restroom but I wash it in running water after. Is it ok. Also at home am so busy that by the time I remember the bracelet is late afternoon. I would wear it for 7 ore more till I go to bed. Is it ok.. it’s said that 70 n up should not wear it.
